NUMB

Sitting patiently listening to Biffy Clyro next to my friend Col was getting hard. I needed to go to the toilet and my back was killing me. The 02 Arena was quite something. There was a good atmosphere but i just sensed it would get even better once they came on. Faye always takes the piss out of some of my taste in music but i don't care.Hybrid Theory sort of changed my outlook on music.Meteora was pretty good and the latest Minutes to Midnight was not as good as that.

So i was a little apprehensive to say the least.

Me and col went for a beer and a waz and came back, sat, and waited some more.Apparently at 2115 Linkin Park were coming on.There seemed to be so many empty seats when we went into the arena at 1900ish.But now i could barely see any.The Pit was full and they wanted blood.

Then it came....... A minute long intro behind those curtains, then BAM.

I'd like to say i remember which tracks they did and in which order but jesus H christ when they performed Numb THE ENTIRE ARENA rose to it's feet.Only at football matches have i ever seen this before.Difference here was that everybody was on the same side. About an hour and 10 mins passed and i don't think i saw Chester stay still for one single moment. This guy has to have one of the most amazing voices in any genre i have ever heard. The performance was outstanding. In the End was what i was waiting for and they didn't disappoint one single bit on that. They then thanked the ******* fans and left.People began to leave but i looked at Col and he said to me "they're coming back mate, don't you worry".

With this i looked at the Pit and not one of them had left. The die hard fans were telling us a story here. A minute of clapping and cheering was met with their return and 2 tracks were blasted out. They thanked us all again then left. More muppets left but still Col stayed,as did i.

Again they came out and 2 more were done. This was the End and i was completely and truly ******* NUMB. Out*******standing.

Without a doubt one of the greatest feelings of my life.
